How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Whenever an order is placed with CUSTOWISH, it is generally shipped within 1-2 working days. We take care of all the parameters that ensure proper delivery of the product you have ordered.

Can we cancel the order after it has been shipped ?

No it cannot be cancelled once the order is shipped from our workspace. But you can easily return/exchange it if you have got any issues. We provide 100% complete refund. For more details, kindly visit our Exchange Policy.

What if my order doesn’t get delivered ?

Our courier partners will try their level best by making maximum of three attempts to get your delivery done. The tentative date of delivery is 4-5days after its dispatched. But in case he cannot deliver the product, you need to contact us on connect@custowish.com and we will get it sorted for you.
